Tom & Rachel were born in India to Christian homes, met briefly over Forty years ago and according to the culture of their country, had an "arranged marriage". Three children and many grandchildren later...we have to say "it all worked out". If you ever have a chance to be with them in a social setting - they are warm, inviting, hilarious and hospitable people. God has truly given them joy, peace and hope enough to share with those who come in contact with them
The Chacko's are ordained under and have been instrumental in the growth and structure of BMI through the last decade; Tom with his financial wisdom and Rachel with her prophetic intercession and motherly encouragement. Invaluable things every ministry needs!
Rachel shakes heaven and earth in prayer for individuals, ministries and nations with "no apologies given" to the devil! LOL. She is quiet until it is time not to be quiet- then WATCH OUT! Fire comes forth and the Glory of God moves in the meeting. She is a true mother, counselor and friend to all of her "kids" in our ministry. God has continued through her to touch her home nation of India.
Tom was the force behind the BMI "School of the Bible" AKA "Train the Teacher"
which he has continued to develop in various church communities in the Inland Empire of So. California. His faithfulness and passion to see each person developed and disciple in their relationship with Jesus gives a brief glimpse into his heart for each individual person he comes in contact with. Tom is currently a Discipler for "The Gate Church of the High Desert", Victorville

We have had the joy of travelling through Southern California together, N. Ireland in 2008 and Europe in 2009. God is good.
