Joe and Lorraine are Apostles called to the regions of Bakersfield, Los Angeles and the nations. They have spent their years planting churches, reaching out to communities, drawing ministries together for a common goal and instructing up and coming ministers in the ways of ministry.

Joe is an exhortational preacher with insights to the power of Grace found in the Word and experienced in his own life. His transparency is rarely heard in the pulpits across America. His gift to bring revelation and restoration to broken ministers and people has led him to places that only God could bring him.

In addition to the USA, he has travelled in various nations including the Philippines where hundreds of ministers were encouraged and turned their hearts and lives back towards the people of their islands.

Lorraine is the "sense of humor" and the "cut to the chase" member of their partnership. Her "real" gift of counsel and passion to see people released into their destinies defies all religious boundaries that man may put up and goes directly to the person's heart towards God and His will towards and for them. She is a firecracker and a great woman to have in your corner!
