I was made for WAR!

My generation is looking for fathers and in this I am able to point them to The Father, The Son and The Cross. Jesus came to love ME even when I was a complete dirt bag so I want my generation to know that they are lovable dirt bags like I am.

How did I get to this point in my life?  My mom.  In 2001 my mom invited me to a church she had been attending for nearly a year (mom was always trying to get me in church.) I had just lost the “dream job” that most high school drop outs would wish for and the drug market was “drying up”. Most of my friends were either in prison or dead at the age of 21.

Mom brought me to the Employment and Development department in Fontana; CA. I know I needed a job but “come on mom” was my thought. Then down to the basement we went. Looking across this room I saw people lying on the floor, crying, dancing, jumping and twirling. Now I had an image to uphold so I sat in the back of this “cult meeting” and thought please be over soon. And that’s all God needed…

 Some 9 years later I find myself living in Denver, CO. running fast after what truth my pastors, friends and second set of parents (Jeff and Karie) gave me.

I love Jesus and I serve Him because of His love. He taught me how to love myself and in that I learned how to love others. Knowing Jesus like I do means, NO RETREAT NO SURRENDER. I know it kind of sounds harsh, huh?  But I remember what kind of damage I was capable of when i was on the wrong side of this spiritual fence. Now the gloves are off and I will fight until “It is finished”...like Jesus said .

The rise of THE ARMORY is my next feat. A place where WE the broken, hurting, wounded, left out, unfitting and forgotten can be healed, placed, fitting and remembered for our exploits for The Kingdom.

THE ARMORY  . WE ARE MADE FOR WAR! 

Jeff and I have been the proud "spiritual parents" of Jay since the first day he walked into church.  Can God really take a young man from generations of gangs and drugs into the world to bring a message of hope to his generation?  Yes.  Jay is a successful minister and business man- the first in any of his generations.  God has given him the fortitude, the courage and the stability that his generation is crying out for - because Jay never quits.

It is with great confidence we have watched his growth as a man and set him into various positions of authority.  Because of his faithful heart, we have sent him to Mexico, the Philippines, Jamaica and now to Colorado.  Jay has a "sure word" in his mouth to bring truth, liberty and freedom to his generation.  

Where will his journey lead him?  Wherever the Wind blows... he is a Son of God and HE will lead him.
