Who Are the 11th Hour Workers? Matt. 2o:1-16 Where are the 11th hour workers?

They are not "prodigals"; They are the "one of 99" LUKE 15: 1-7

Where are they? Who are they?

They are SONS & DAUGHTERS (maybe yours & mine) who didn't fit the traditional mold. Most people wouldn't think to "hire" them, but God would Matt. 2o:1-16. In their heart they have promises and a destiny to fulfill. There must be a Tribe to adopt, activate & support them. Though there are many amazing ministries & churches in So. Cal and around the nation, this conference is a focused to reach out to & inspire this group... "The One" out of the 99. Luke 15: 1-7

*Musicians that take gigs to play cuz "the church" finds them "unqualified" or they DO play in the church, but are destined to reach the world

*Pastors no longer pastoring. Now they sell cars, houses or run a business. They "Fell", "Failed" & got "Fired"... but not by Jesus.

*Missionaries who Just Go Alone. "too Radical", "Can't keep good "records"- can't quit smoking, kids are too messed up,
wife is addicted to prescription pain pills, husband is a bum... etc...

*The House on the Block full of neighborhood kids but quiet Sunday mornings. Spouse is bitter at "church people" so the other spouse has made her neighborhood their church. It just doesn't happen "normal".

*The inner city coach everyone loves; opens with prayer and shares his faith, but never darkens the door of a church because the kids on his team wouldn't be welcome there.

   *The Beautician that everyone knows has a "direct line to God" ( and they are right), but she is alone in her pilgrimage because she lives
     with her boyfriend, is a single mom and has made a train wreck of her life.

    *The Neighborhood Church is full of working, praying, believing families who are ready to join "Whatever God is Doing" in the 11th Hour. They are fully aware there is "one" missing amongst the 99 and are ready to reach out to them.

We all know "someone" who no longer runs with the "church crowd" but LOVE the LORD or a regular church attendee who says
They are looking for "Something" . We want THEM at this meeting and for that "something" to meet them! Jesus & Fresh Fire!

Along the way they have left or felt abandoned & disenfranchised from the main stream but are "ready to work" for their Father. It boggles my mind but He has chosen each of US to be his voice and "give them the go-ahead". They need to know that WE and JESUS want them to work alongside of us.

11th Hour Laborers may not go to church.... But they

have "believed" and now live in the world every day and are NOT afraid of "humanity". How do we find them? How do we activate them" ? How do we unify behind a vision for people to come to Christ? Are we ready to welcome them? We all know them. We see them every day. We want them there.

When: We are schedule the dates of Wed., July 15th - Sat., July 18th -
                            The 19th open so local churches can enjoy our speakers and guests.
